Some websites that rely on scripting provide "classic" or "mobile" versions which are functional without it and can be visted by simply replacing the domain name. Where known, these are listed here and (at the time of writing) verified as functional.
If you find any defunt or JavaScript-encumbered links listed here, please inform the library using the e-mail address in the header.
-
Reddit Classic View - Reddit's classic view, which can be used without JavaScript for reading. It remains the view of choice for many Redditors, which offers hope for its survival; nevertheless, rely on it at your own risk.
-
Reddit Mobile View - Reddit's mobile view, which can also be used without JavaScript at least for reading. Despite there being no apparent reason to expect it will survive, it qualifies for this list and is therefore included.
-
Facebook Mobile Version - Facebook's mobile version, which at least makes public project pages accessible without a strict requirement of JavaScript. Log-in also appears promising; however, the library strongly advises against ever authenticating oneself to FaceBook-owned services.
